• The data controller is Cloudpeakify s.r.o., company ID (IČO) 21041342, VAT ID CZ21041342, registered seat Jičínská 226/17, Žižkov, 130 00 Praha 3, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 396064. Contact: support@aleatoria.io.
• We process only what the service needs: account id and e-mail, generation input (prompt, structure, lyrics), the generated audio and its metrics, technical logs with anonymised IP addresses, and billing data on paid plans.
• Purpose: running the service (generation and your library), novelty checks against your own history, credit accounting, security and accounting obligations.
• Legal basis: performance of the contract (providing the studio), legitimate interest (security, abuse prevention) and legal obligation (bookkeeping).
• Location: computation and storage (accounts, tracks, audio) run in the EU (Google Cloud, europe-west4). Only account e-mails (Resend, USA) and payment data (Stripe) leave the EU; the privacy policy has the details.
• Retention: on the Free plan tracks and their audio are deleted 180 days after they were created; on Basic, Studio and Pro they are kept until you delete them or close the account. Jobs and logs: 30 days. The Account page shows the windows this deployment actually applies.
• Your rights: access, rectification, portability (JSON export) and erasure — both are one click away on the Account page. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
• Processors: Google Cloud (EU) for infrastructure, Stripe for paid-plan payments and Resend (USA) for account e-mails. The list and scope are in the GDPR document.
• Cookies: no tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser stores only functional settings in localStorage — language, currency, the draft track spec, the editor layout, DJ export settings and an optional API key. No analytics or visit attribution.

• Aleatoria generates music and nature sounds from your brief. The procedural engine always runs; neural engines are optional and spend credits.
• Rights to the output: on Basic, Studio and Pro you get commercial rights to the tracks made while subscribed, permanently. On Free the use is non-commercial.
• You may not generate content that infringes third-party rights, hateful or unlawful content, or circumvent the limits of your plan.
• Payments and VAT: prices are shown in EUR (default) and CZK; for EU consumers they include Czech VAT at 21%, with an invoice for every payment.
• Withdrawal: consumers have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. By agreeing to immediate performance and using credits, the right of withdrawal lapses to that extent.
• The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that the output fits a particular purpose; liability is limited to the amount paid for the last billing period.
• We announce changes to the terms in advance; continuing to use the service accepts them.

Send questions about data protection, the terms and security to support@aleatoria.io. You may also complain to the supervisory authority in your country (in the Czech Republic, the Office for Personal Data Protection).
